2. Booking and Payment

 

        •        Booking: To book a photoshoot or event, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit may be required. Booking dates are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

        •        Payment: Full payment or deposit is required by the agreed-upon date, which will be outlined in your contract or agreement. Payment methods include Credit, Debit, Cash. In some cases, and depending on the environment, a direct link will be sent via message to accept payment. If there is any concern with any familiar payment, you are required to being this up before any terms or contract is signed. 

        •        Cancellations/Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking within [specific time frame, e.g., 48 hours] before the shoot. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to forfeiture of the deposit or additional fees.

 

3. Delivery of Services

 

        •        Photoshoot Services: WillSaunders Photography provides photography services as agreed in writing prior to the shoot. Any additional services not outlined in the contract may incur additional charges.

        •        Photo Delivery: Final edited photos will be delivered within [timeframe, e.g., 2-4 weeks] of the photoshoot or event unless otherwise stated in your contract. Photos will be delivered digitally through [specify delivery method, e.g., online gallery, email].

        •        Image Rights: All photos taken by WillSaunders Photography are protected by copyright. Clients receive a limited-use license for personal, non-commercial use of the images. For commercial use or additional rights, please contact us for licensing terms.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

 

        •        Cooperation: The client agrees to cooperate with WillSaunders Photography and provide necessary information or assistance for the photoshoot to proceed smoothly.

        •        Permissions: It is the client’s responsibility to secure any necessary permits or permissions for photography at specific locations. WillSaunders Photography is not liable for issues arising from unpermitted shoots.

 

5. Copyright and Usage

 

        •        Photographer’s Rights: All images produced by WillSaunders Photography are the intellectual property of WillSaunders Photography. We reserve the right to use photos for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in writing by the client.

        •        Client Use: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the photos for personal use. For any commercial or promotional use, a separate licensing agreement must be made.

        •        Third-Party Use: Clients may not sell, license, or distribute the images to third parties without written consent from WillSaunders Photography.

 

6. Refunds and Liability

 

        •        Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where WillSaunders Photography is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services. Refunds for services may be issued at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

        •        Limitation of Liability: While we strive to provide high-quality services, WillSaunders Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure). In the event of unforeseen issues, our liability is limited to the refund of payments made for the affected services.

 

7. Termination

 

WillSaunders Photography reserves the right to terminate any service or contract if the client violates the terms of this agreement or if unsafe conditions prevent the photographer from completing the photoshoot.
